FAQs

How Long does a full detail take?

Most full-service details take 3–5 hours, depending on the vehicle’s size and condition. Heavily soiled interiors or extra services (like pet hair removal or paint correction) may extend the time.

wHATS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A DETAIL AND A CAR WASH?

A car wash cleans the surface.
A detail restores, protects, and deep-cleans the entire vehicle — inside and out. It includes stain treatment, steam cleaning, hand polishing, UV protection, and more. The goal is to make your vehicle feel like new again, not just clean.

wHAT IS A PAINT CORRECTION, AND DO i HAVE TO DO IT TO GET A CERAMIC COATING?

Paint correction removes swirls, scratches, and oxidation to restore clarity and gloss.
If you’re getting a ceramic coating, paint correction is highly recommended — it ensures the coating bonds properly and that your finish looks flawless before it’s locked in for years.

Do you need access to power or a water supply?

Nope — we’re a fully equipped mobile detailing setup. We bring our own water, power, and professional equipment, so all you have to do is hand over the keys.

How often should I get a detail?

Most customers book a detail every 3–6 months, depending on usage, kids, pets, and driving habits. Ceramic-coated vehicles typically need less frequent interior/exterior deep cleaning however. We also offer monthly maintenance plans as well.

How fast can I get scheduled?

Most details can be scheduled next-day or within a few days depending on availability. Fill out our contact form or send us a text, and we’ll get you on the books ASAP.

Do you only offer mobile detailing?

No — while we do offer full mobile detailing, we also provide convenient drop-off services at our location in Lake Orion. Customers can choose whichever option works best for their schedule.
